L'CADEAU RETURN POLICY

You may cancel the whole or any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) if: (a) the item has not been received by you; (b) the Item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories); (c) we have delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to you; (d) the Item delivered to you is materially different from the description provided by us in the listing of the Item; (e) the Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered); (f) the Item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended).

If you cancel any order, we may charge you an additional delivery fee for return/delivery of your cancelled order from you to us. The refunds amount will be refunded/released to you once we received the returns items.

To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, you should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to us in the condition received by you on delivery.
